Tip of the day!

Just commit  30 minutes of your day, every other day to do some form of physical activity.

Go for a run, work your abdominals, train those legs and those arms.

Love your body by sweating!

Today I did squats, arm lifts, lunges, jump rope and of course 10 minutes on the treadmill.

I always enjoy doing Carido! I love love to hear my heart pumping ♥️ After my workout I feel energized, fulfilled and happy, each time I leave the gym:

I am Confident!
